$LABU Long again on the $250 break after stop gained out on the $300 breach last week
View on StockTwits ↗$LABU $LABD …. Up Ahead (Contd) After hot CPI & PPI release, it will be interesting to see which way Warsh sways on Wednesday. This is where he gets tested as an independent entity. All the dual-mandate promises require a rate hike, and CME Fed Watch tool is clearly indicating that. However, does he succumb under the pressure of the WH and punt such a move again, or does he stand up and adhere to his principles and deliver a super hawkish stance to control the out-of-control bond market. With Oil surging and fear of prolonged Iran conflict, it would be best for Warsh to raise rates and get ahead of it, but their precious stock market can’t be rattled too much. With Core CPI coming out slightly elevated too, I can’t imagine a case where Warsh says its best to wait and see anymore. For the time being I have been playing with 25% position of LABD back and forth (sell above $7, buy below) and accumulating more shares but sooner than later I expect a giant flush in XBI soon. GLTA!
View on StockTwits ↗$LABU $LABD …. Fundamentals & Other Factors Last week: “If the $92 resistance is broken, we could see $96 quickly and $102-104 eventually”. SPOT Oil peaked for the week at $101 and then cooled off to close the week at $96.83. I believe Oil could retest the $92 area next week, but is likely moving higher as conflicts and war is escalating and there are no signs of the Iranians dialing it down. 10-yr is now acting like a rocket ship and already came within spitting distance of 5.0%. Bessent’s $6B pledge to buy long-dated bonds is like throwing a glass of water on a 5-story high fire, worthless. 10-yr closed the week at %4.97 but as you can see below (right chart) technically it is maxed out. ST relief rally in sight it could retest 4.8% support, but if it does, it will be catalyst for another move up. 10-2 yield spreads dropped down to 34 bps. BTC continues to remain range bound between 76-80K. It is forming a bullish flag on the daily chart but time is running out as well. Contd….
View on StockTwits ↗$LABU $LABD …. Elliot Wave Perspective CPI/PPI numbers this week were not kind to XBI. Now everyone is waiting for what Warsh does/says next week. Daily chart is trending downwards with more room to go, but temporarily hourly chart is showing bullish divergences, so keep an XBI pump possibility in mind. From an EW perspective, we have broken down into the territory where further downside is confirmed. The possibility of another attempt at 170 is now confirmed to be over. The most I see is a retest to the upside hitting 160, possibly 163 tops. Once the daily chart has bottomed, then there is a good possibility of a decent bounce. Below 154 we could easily fall as low as 144 area, where we could see the daily chart bottom and a bounce occurs. For now watch the channel closely. Breaking below the channel lower trendline makes XBI uber bearish. We are in the first wave down, and who knows if this will turn into a corrective ABC wave or an impulsive 5-wave move down. Contd….
View on StockTwits ↗$LABU $LABD …. Weekly Summary! Bond market is flashing red while S&P goes about its business ping ponging in its narrow 200 pt. range. 7600 level on S&P proved to be heavy support again this week. How long will this support hold, nobody knows. It is extremely hard to gauge the next move but generally after this long of consolidation, it’s rocket up or crash & burn time. XBI was caught in a down draft all week but for a shortened trading week XBI weekly volume was above average at 37.6M shares traded. XBI bearish divergences are beginning to play out but not in a meaningful way just yet. VIX closed the week higher at 15.85. CNN Fear and Greed index closed the week in solid Fear territory again at 33. Gold was slightly down for the week but remained in the range of 4300 and 4700 closing the week at 4348. Weekly Returns (RSI): DJI: -1.57% (58.8) S&P: -0.80% (61.2) NASDAQ: -0.66% (57.8) - Best Performer R2K: -2.41% (53.3) XBI: -4.65% (67.0) - Worst Performer Contd….

View on StockTwits ↗$LABD $LABU $SOXL $SOXS Mid-week update: With yields and Oil non-stop rising, we may be in for some real rocky movements in the markets next. Just a quick update to let you guys know how Semis and Biotech is looking. Take a look and determine the next path. Semi's are near the 50 DMA resistance and Bios are near the 50 DMA support. Do Semis reject here??? Do Bios slice through???
View on StockTwits ↗$TLSA If you don’t own Tiziana right now, you’re missing the easiest risk/reward setup in biotech. Basically you’re a crazy person 🔥 The Setup: • Artificial Floor: The Jefferies ATM wall is currently pinning down the share price. The second they turn it off ahead of data, the share price will undoubtedly rally hard • Massive Catalyst: Phase 2a non-active SPMS PET scan data dropping in a few weeks. This is a complete platform de-risking event. • Multi-Indication Engine: It’s not just SPMS—intranasal foralumab targets Alzheimer’s, ALS, and MSA. • Big Pharma Waiting: CEO confirmed multiple global majors asked to see the SPMS data first before making their move. Basically you’re going to see a partnership 🎯 Price Targets: • Pre-Data Rally: $2.00 (once ATM turns off & FOMO takes over) • Positive Data: $5.00+ minimum • Partnership/Buyout: Sky-high re-rating once the deal drops. Get in before the wall disappears. 🚀 $XBI $LABU
View on StockTwits ↗$LABU $LABD …. Up Ahead (Contd) It’s quite perplexing what is going on between Geopolitics, WH, and the FED. We know the Jobs reports are going to be cooked higher for now before mid-terms and revised lower afterwards. Optics controlled by WH via BLS. Both administrations did it, it’s a bipartisan lever they have control of. However, CPI/PPI will be released on the shortened trading week next week in reverse order (PPI Thursday, CPI Friday). With Oil surging from $74 to $86 in August, I expect CPI to be hotter. They might paint Core CPI as flat but likely that will be slightly elevated too. CPI/PPI readings will nail the decision on rate hike. The more WH hits Warsh for lowering rates, the worst they will make it for Warsh to do so, especially before Midterms. I bought LABD with both hands at $6 flat on the day XBI surged to $168 level. I stopped out of SOXL and will be looking for an entry into SOXS in the future when the setup is right. GLTA!
