At this point, BEARS or BULLS cannot predict the events. Numbers is what we want to see, clearly their investments and hedging is „kinda” working. Look at $UBER , $COMP or $BTC.X dumping - his model did actually predict that. Fundamentals are key, I want to see the balance sheet, how much have they made AND how much do they forecast.

Reason is that interest rate hikes are expected, houses are going up for sell but no increase in buyers, new apartments are popping up everywhere, and now your favorite just cancelled signing of bipartisan housing affordability bill. As I said before the oligarchs in powerful positions no longer want to make home ownership as easy as it was in the past. They have to fill up all those new apartments they are building with people and keep those people in a perpetual state of renting.
