View on StockTwits ↗$CLBT 14X volume on this gap down already....highest volume in at least one year right now..
View on StockTwits ↗$CLBT printed a new 52-week low today
View on StockTwits ↗$CLBT You can also raise the rates but with the little debt this company has it can only do well …bought others 400 pieces
View on StockTwits ↗$CLBT I like this stock at these levels (NFA).
View on StockTwits ↗$CLBT The good: revenue grew 16%, ARR still grew 21% YoY, net retention improved from 115% to 117%, adjusted EBITDA beat the prior $29–31M guidance at $31.8M, and management raised full-year EBITDA guidance. Genesis has begun monetizing, and Cellebrite has landed its first significant FedRAMP Guardian deal. The bad: just 3 month ago, they said this quarter wold accelerate, now it's lower and they drop guidance. This is just a pure mess. And replacing the CEO at the same time shows that. How can management misjudge their own company growth so much?
View on StockTwits ↗$CLBT Ok, lets be real, WTF is management doing? And the 4% drop yesterday was 100% insiders who knew how bad it was. We are literally back to SPAC levels, I'm like 1% in the green now. After how many years? Every single penny would be better of in a ETF. This shit is done. Will it go to zero? No. I think well get back to the $12-15 range within a couple of month. But it's just too painful.
