At a special meeting held on January 6, 2026, the shareholders of Company name OneStream, Inc. (OS) approved the proposed merger with a private group led by Tidemark Management Co LP, General Atlantic LLC and HgCapital LLP. The merger is tentatively scheduled to close prior to the market open on April 1, 2026. In anticipation of the closing, the stock will be halted immediately following the after-hours session at or around 7:50 p.m. on March 31, 2026. If the merger closes as anticipated, the stock will remain halted on the day of closing (April 1st) and will be suspended effective April 2, 2026.
OS shareholders will receive $24 per share at closing.
