@syofrelief16 The good news? It is thought by some that AI will eliminate the need for the $VERX tax calcuation platform. According to the CEO, there are some local taxes that cannot be scrapped from the web by AI, including the complexity of VAT taxes. The company is pushing all the right buttons IMHO. They have a 10% stake in an AI tax calculation company, with a technology sharing agreement. Their acquisitions are complementing their tax software offering: Ecosio, a European company e-invoicing/EDI provider; Brinta, an AI-first e-invoicing company covering Latin American countries. With these acquisitions they can sell a suite of software tools. Best to you, do your own due diligence; past performance is not in indication of future results.
View on StockTwits ↗@syofrelief16 I have no crystal ball, but I have owned VERX for quite some time, following its up and down. IMHO, institutional ownership is high (including short positions), and this stock is not being followed by the crowd (not pure AI, not semiconductor, not data center, not Musk-related). $VERX has broad institutional coverage for a mid‑cap tax‑technology company and the consensus rating is Buy, with 16 analysts contributing to the LSEG/S&P Global consensus. Price targets cluster around $18–$20, with a high of $25. With high ownership by the whales, they own share price and will manipulate it whichever way they want because they can drop the price and flash buy it back in the twinkle of an eye.
