@MonacoFlaco I like $GUTS and $SLN for biotech. Any RNAi company (I.e., SLN) excites me. I rode $ARWR (RNAi, phenomenal pipeline) from mid $10’s to $80. Unfortunately had to close my position to buy a house. How about you?
View on StockTwits ↗$ARWR Nice presentation today. Dimer could be huge for multiple disease areas. Compliance is finally starting to become a huge topic of conversation and so needed.
View on StockTwits ↗@dirkfrank $PRQR it’s cause they had to start over from what I read. Old tech ran into problems they had to abandon ship and start over preclinical stage. $ARWR fell victim too with old platform I believe toxicity and they had to start over with TRIm platform. But yah know that PRQR is still early stage
View on StockTwits ↗$SRPT IT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS TO HAVE SUCH A TINY MARKET CAP OF 1.7B vs $ARWR of $11B . Sarepta has far better financials and its priced like a red headed stepchild. WAKE THE FXCK UP ANALYSTS ! THIS IS A $20B company
View on StockTwits ↗The FDA approved $VRDN 's Lumvoa for TED yesterday. Some say it is a minimal threat to $AMGN Tepezza yet the 9 analysts who provide FY30 revenue estimates forecast $850MM to $1.8B in product revenues. VRDN pays 7.5% to DRI Healthcare. The attachment compares VRDN multiples to peer new commercial-stage non-oncology focused bios with 1st approvals over the last 12 months. Only $MESO trades at a lower multiple but there are only multiple analysts providing estimates after FY28. $CYTK & $ARWR are clearly the multiples to aspire to. The multiples may appear high but remember ACLX, NUVL & TERN. This is not investment advice as the comps may be apples to bowling balls.

View on StockTwits ↗$ARWR welcome to the Russell rebalance close that was signaled weeks ago with massive after hours blocks at these levels

Now imagine not too far in the future Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals as a $200B big pharma giant advertising during the US Open with court side sponsorship and one of those fancy “ask your doctor if REDEMPLO is right for you” ads right before the Rolex spot. Two programs are in late stage development: z-rostudirsen for exon 51 DMD mutations (BLA for accelerated approval submitted) and z-basivarsen for DM1 (registration cohort enrolled, Q1:27 data). Our KOLs suggest both could be best in class. Initiate at Buy.
