$ALKS pretty outstanding data for alixorexton in NT2. TAM would be significantly higher than oveporexton.

View on StockTwits ↗$ALKS nice combination of results and rotation. The momo crowd loving this at the moment. I’ll hold my block.
View on StockTwits ↗$AUPH big XBI move today and several commercial stage companies get valuation boost — other than AUPH, $RIGL $ALKS $TGTX $NKTR to name a few!
View on StockTwits ↗$IBRX My bios are mainly up today. Possibly some sector rotation. $LABU $BBIO $INCY $ALKS
View on StockTwits ↗Biotech ETF XBI is shifting into a powerful Stage 2 uptrend, backed by clear signs of institutional accumulation. Top underlying holdings include $TGTX, $TVTX, $ALKS, $TWST, and $RVMD. After years of macro underperformance, the biotech sector is structurally turning constructive again. Avoid chasing extended moves; instead, look for entries where the reward ratio resets at key support levels. Rotation remains the dominant driver.
View on StockTwits ↗$ALKS Definitely holding strong and building momentum 💪
View on StockTwits ↗$ALKS continues to show strength. Alixorexton with good data in narcolepsy type 2.
View on StockTwits ↗Needham⬆️ $ALKS-$54 from$50/reitd Buy/said: ALKS presented updated data from the VIBRANCE-2 study at the SLEEP conference (LINK) where the efficacy profile for alixorexton continued to demonstrate improvement through week 13 (OLE) on ESS. CNTA - $LLY $AXSM HRMY JAZZ TAK Needham added—We also saw improvement in exploratory endpoints of PROMIS-fatigue and BC-CCI supporting development in indications such as fatigue in MS and Parkinson's Disease. 18 mg emerged as the dose with the best overall profile, with no discontinuations, and AE rates for insomnia (13%) and polikeuria (46%), which are quite competitive in our view. Further, across all doses we saw significant reduction on AE % from the double-blind portion to the OL portion, similar to VIBRANCE-1. Based on these updates we increase the peak share in NT2 and raise the POS in narcolepsy, increasing our PT to $54.

View on StockTwits ↗$ALKS just hit a real catalyst. Vibrance-2 met both primary endpoints, alixorexton showed clear, meaningful gains in wakefulness and daytime sleepiness vs placebo in narcolepsy. Well tolerated, no serious adverse events. Chart already has moving averages stacked, uptrend intact 📈
