$HOOD >>> I left out that the 1st week of September gap filled As the lower wick on today's candle 🕯 shows, downward gap fills get bought $SPY $QQQ $BTC.X $XLF
View on StockTwits ↗$HOOD >> Daily Chart >> Hanmer 🔨 time ⏲️ Usually when a hammer 🔨 candle 🕯 forms during a pullback it leads to a bounce, especially at a key 🔑 support level like the middle Bollinger Band at 108.71 The middle bb is the line in the sand 🏖 Bullsh above Bearish below If the middle bb turns into resistance the 50 & 300 SMAs in the 103 zone will be the target 🎯 $SPY $QQQ $BTC.X $XLF
View on StockTwits ↗$XLF looking like a ~4% pullback is about to happen. Closed below its 50 DMA and looks likely to regress back to this supporting trendline on the daily chart next. Bank stocks have been on a wild run this year and could use a small, healthy pullback🏦
View on StockTwits ↗$SPY ~ Home sales, already anemic, fell again in August 2026 to levels last seen between 2008-2010. But despite all of the above, home prices haven't declined at all as the reason home sales are at generational lows is that no one wants to be the first homeowner on the block to take a massive capital loss. Three groups of homeowners are watching current trends with growing anxiety: • Boomers who, at long last, are ready to sell their McMansions. • AirBNB entrepreneurs whose properties aren't paying for their upkeep. • Private equity landlords who face growing (and well-deserved) public outrage and unfavorable regulatory changes. Collectively, these 3 own millions of houses and condos. Many of them have been waiting for a more favorable market (higher prices) to cash out. The result will be a tsunami of inventory hitting the market just as would-be buyers are paralyzed by rising mortgage rates. 2027, in short, is looking like a real estate bust for the record books. $XLF $KRE $GLD $DIA
View on StockTwits ↗$XLF this ETF should do very well if the Fed decided to raise interest rates!
View on StockTwits ↗@Cactus2389 I have 1245 shares of $SCO avg. 20.47. I plan to start selling positions over $22.5 which would put WTI between 90-95. @StingieStogies When it comes to $XLF , it is really toppy at this point. And if market either corrects or money flow goes back into semis, either way XLF aka $DRIP will fall. As for oil itself, the products like deisel are also topping out, and all you need is FOMC to make an interest rate announcement (or not at all) for oil kneejerk reaction to be temporary falling oil prices (or Trump TACO etc...). Either way, I'm in accumulation mode for SCO, and ok with oil prices rising as Iran doesn't want a happy ending for Trump before midterms. And of course, if that does happen, well it means VIXplosion and my largest day trade UVIX position benefits from it. Then UVIX proceeds go to more SCO accumulation (and WTI will collapse with any hint of a recession coming). Either way, my TMF and SCO are both 'hedges' against my SOXS and UVIX positions, as in short term happy times are here again from FOMC, TMF SCO will rebound, and get converted into UVIX as the VIX wedge continues to fall and get tighter. Convoluted explanation, but you get my point.
