$PEN An exact calendar closing date has not been announced yet. Both Boston Scientific and Penumbra continue to state officially that the deal is expected to close in the second half of 2026 (H2 2026). Anyone have details on when shareholders will receive the Election Form?

Deal made when $BSX was near $100........ Is it true the CEO of $PEN has stated he will take all $BSX shares??

If you failed to consider the likelihood of how price action would participate following notice of $PEN acquisition, I guess I can’t help you. Take some responsibility on your own decisions and I want you to be the first to offer to hand back some profits once you feel those have became too excessive. Gotta play fair in both directions right👍
View on StockTwits ↗@lassenta If the buyback shares and especially $2 bil worth ASR attributes the forecasted EPS and capitalizes the $PEN acquistion then all will be worth it. Doesn’t happen often anymore equity market but having ability to do simple math in order to time allocation helps. I was intent on waiting on the June ASR expiry.

$BSX It is doing the ground work to confirm support and get ready to move higher, IMHO. It is hard to believe what the data is trying to say on $BSX: - more than 50% down since the announcement of the $PEN acquisition. - from where it sits now, there's no obvious resistance before ~ $102. - there are 3 gaps to close as it goes up: * between ~ $53 and ~ $57 * between ~ $65 and ~ $68 * between ~ $81 and ~ $90 This is trading data. Financial profile and performance data matters as well. Please do your research and due diligence, as this is the outcome of my lame research work. GLTA!

I’d rather them continue buying shares and they’ve bought bunches. PA will frontrun closing $PEN acquisition and could be in part on the nice move off $42. Has a good feel about it if anything.
