Baxter offers a variety of medical supplies and equipment to providers. From its legacy operations, Baxter sells injectable therapies for use in care settings, including IV pumps, administrative sets, and solutions; nutritional products; and surgical sealants and hemostatic agents. Baxter expanded its portfolio of hospital-focused offerings by acquiring Hillrom in late 2021, which added basic equipment like hospital beds, operating room equipment, and patient monitoring tools to the portfolio. Baxter also sold its kidney care tools in early 2025.

$ICU Malaria is still bizarrely prevalent in the third world. The SCD-PED will be made available to its children at a greatly reduced cost. JMHO.. Perhaps both $FMS & $BAX will follow suit with their dialysis units. God Bless the Children. https://www.thelancet.com/journals/langlo/article/PIIS2214-109X(26)00146-4/fulltext
View on StockTwits ↗@BULLISH1975 $FMS- USA $BAX (Vantive)- International? The CMO and Dr. Goldstein (co-inventor) did have Baxter badges on two+ years ago in San Diego@ the Kidney conference and their dialysis prismaflex devices were featured in this week’s SeaStar YouTube presentation!
View on StockTwits ↗@SparkyReturns @BeefStewart SAVE Registry termination and the CMS billing codes due Oct. 1 for the Pediatric device will be the first nut that cracks open. The second nut will be PMA to replace the HDE from the FDA. International partnerships for the Pediatric Device will then be arriving. When those agreements come to fruition…..kabang. International medical authorities will treat adults using the pediatric device until the larger unit becomes available. Just my thoughts. The cash burn will be completely irrelevant when the ball rolls overseas, up north and down south. ATMs and Lincoln or other megabuck investment houses will rally round SeaStar gliding us till March when the Neutralize-AKI study completes and $FMS grabs the production, sales, training and distribution ball here in the USA. If they pass Vantive, $BAX will be all over it. Internationally, I believe that Vantive will take the reins and make medical history with $FMS &$ICU. The DARPA burn sepsis grant=huge.
View on StockTwits ↗@local42r @MasheredTrader If: $FMS, $BAX (Vantive), do partner up, $FMS in the USA while Vantive handles the international marketplace, then a 10M share float is very possible, 15M max….agreed. Both companies have massive organizations in place, worldwide. DaVita is located right in Denver with SeaStar. They’re a long running, successful dialysis provider and may have Schlorff’s ear, as well. A myriad of possibilities which will spread this Nobel prize winning medical science into every major hospital and 20-50% of every minor hospital worldwide. The Holiest of Grails is right here. A solid ER today with some great financial and sales forecasts, with particulars and details about who, what, when, how soon, and then what, why, obviously, apparently and of course!

If this turns out to be true, it could be a massive catalyst for the stock. 📈 This could be your opportunity before Zena potentially takes off toward $10 — and possibly even $20. 🚀 Do your own research and due diligence. View on StockTwits ↗$BAX just crushed it with a 15% rally over five days thanks to that Q2 beat and raise Today alone, up 7.42% Traders are diving in hard with upside call sweeps pushing for more gains We're seeing about 2,100 contracts of new OTM $31 calls for Aug 28 and Sep 4 This isn't the time to short unless there's a clear reversal sign Keep any bullish plays tactical and watch those key levels for the next move
View on StockTwits ↗$ICU I wonder how many hospitals are familiar with the Seastar SCD device and some affiliated doctors even trained with it, but are holding out until the SAVE registry goes away soon? For example, they are using the adult SCD at the Ronald Reagan Hospital in LA at UCLA, but the 18 bed pediatric wing is not in the SCD-PED study. However, if the SAVE registry requirements are dropped, will Ron Reagan UCLA Pediatric order 5 or 10 treatments so they have them on hand? If the FDA says it works, would it not be medical negligence not to use the new standard of care on a pediatric patient with AKI/Sepsis? I know the answer to that, and I wouldn't want to be that hospital if they didn't order the SCD-PED like stat. I predict there are 5-10 pediatric hospitals in this situation where if the SAVE Registry is dropped, we could have a flood of 25-100 orders overnight at $18,000 per treatment, or an extra $500K-$2M before we know it.
