McDonald's Corporation

McDonald's is the world's largest restaurant brand, with nearly $139 billion in systemwide sales across more than 45,000 restaurants and over 100 markets. The quick-service chain built its early reputation on speed, consistency, and affordable hamburgers, and today its global menu spans burgers, chicken, breakfast, and beverages that have helped popularize American fast-food cuisine worldwide. The firm derives the bulk of its revenue from franchise royalties and rent (about 62%), with the remainder stemming from company-operated restaurants across three segments: the United States (39% of systemwide sales), international operated markets (35%), and international developmental/licensed markets (26%).

$MCD chatter on StockTwits

Look at the menu. $CMG, $DPZ, and $MCD have all been getting smacked over the past year. These are the names that live and die on the everyday consumer. When the regular shopper tightens up, it shows here first. The big boys watch these like a tell. So do we. 👀 With $CMG - just need to breakout of the very slight downtrend and it could be a big runner 🏃

@WestGunz $MCD above 310 would signal a continuation in a defensive uptrend, typical of steady consumer names breaking higher in a range. Volume confirmation is key. I’m tracking the consumer defensive space closely. Follow me if you want, I can DM you the full breakdown.

@SouthernItUp $MCD bearish makes sense. I’m short on weakness, initial target 5-8% downside, stop above the recent swing high. Watch same-store sales, guidance, and labor/commodity cost talk on the next print. If it holds the 200 DMA, rethink the trade. What’s your trigger to add?

$MCD EW (3/3): plan — let the A-B-C finish, then trade the break: lose $273 and the downtrend resumes; reclaim $341 to flip it.

$MCD EW (2/3): the current move is just unwinding that leg. Key retracements 315 (38%), 307 (50%), 299 (62%) — the decision zone.

Hey dudes 🌊 $MCD EW (1/3): no clean impulse yet — price is in a corrective A-B-C. The bigger swing is a decline from $341 to $273.
