$CTRM CTRM has reverse split only twice. I have been here for both. The pisser is Petros the owner sold off ships to get cash to buy control of $EGLE and another shipper without giving any benefit to his shareholders. He basically embezzled money from CTRM and spinoff TORO (energy shipper) to take control of two other companies to his benefit only. The entire family are Greek thiefs and I would steer clear. In my humble opinion its going to slowly sink to under a dollar again where he will split it again a 3rd time. Petros may just shut it down after the 3rd RS and take his EGLE and the other stock along with his roughly 200 million in cash he is sitting on from selling the shareholders ships over the last year and a half. Been reported to SEC many many times to no avail under Biden administration. Maybe reporting him now under Trump may get some action but I doubt it.

@Derfaber77 @Jose_El_Toro I agree with the initiative from Petros is truly needed for confidence. Hopefully he does something good with the $EGLE funds to help $CTRM . He could easily buy up a large portion of outstanding retail shares with what hes sitting on.
