United Therapeutics Corp specializes in drug development for pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), a rare and progressive disease marked by abnormally high blood pressure in the arteries of the lungs. The company's therapies for PAH largely focus on the prostacyclin pathway, and many of its treatments are based on the same molecule, treprostinil. The company markets and sells the following commercial therapies in the United States to treat PAH: Tyvaso DPI (treprostinil) Inhalation Powder, Remodulin Injection, Orenitram (treprostinil) Extended-Release Tablets, Adcirca (tadalafil) Tablets, and Unituxin. It derives maximum revenue from the sale of Tyvaso DPI. Geographically, the company operates in United States and Rest of the World, of which United States generates majority of the revenue.

$MNKD there's anecdotes then there's the reality of the findings of $UTHR Martine and the reality that afrezza has such coughing issues that it is has a black box warning label and terrible weekly scripts. $MNKD $UTHR Karen it’s getting awfully tiring reading your stupid posts about Afrezza and coughing, and then complaining about the sharing of anecdotal evidence. I some days inhale 120 units of Afrezza without a single cough, but that’s not good enough for you is it? I don’t know what your bone is with Afrezza, I guess you’re only an investor. That’s your prerogative. I’m not a serious investor, but I am vested in Afrezza. You’re wrong on so many levels, and I hope someday, you find peace with whatever is troubling you.

$MNKD What did I take away from this week’s calls? First, $UTHR is guiding toward $50 to $100B in annual pharma revenue across 14 new products, with roughly half appearing to be tied to $MNKD and its Technosphere DPI platform. That could provide years of expanding royalty revenue. Second, $MNKD streamlined the MNKD 201 Phase 2 trial, reducing enrollment from roughly 220 patients to 150 and pulling the endpoint forward by a couple of quarters. Management is targeting a potential readout in late 2027 or early Q1 2028. Third, the businesses MNKD controls are gaining momentum. Afrezza pediatric new patients doubled from June to July and again from July to August. FUROSCIX ReadyFlow is launching now with early demand well above preapproval levels. My biggest takeaway is how much clearer the next several years have become. Afrezza. FUROSCIX. Tyvaso DPI. Ralinepag DPI. MNKD 201. ROSE.
