Texas Pacific Land Corp is mainly engaged in the sales and leases of land owned, retaining oil and gas royalties, and the overall management of the land owned. The group operates its business in two reportable segments: Land and Resource Management and Water Service and Operations. The Land and Resource Management segment, which generates maximum revenue, focuses on managing its several surface acres of land and its oil and gas royalty interests, principally concentrated in the Permian Basin. The revenue streams of this segment consist of royalties from oil and gas, revenues from easements and commercial leases, and land and material sales. The Water Services and Operations segment encompasses the business of providing a full-service water offering to operators in the Permian Basin.

$TPL MSFT, CVX, & TPL all big boys, what's not to like here!
View on StockTwits ↗$TPL chevron says they are exploring for more of these types of deals “Chevron (CVX) sees potential for additional projects in west Texas, which is part of the Permian Basin, the top-producing U.S. oilfield that also contains vast natural gas resources, Jeff Gustavson, the company's president of new energies, told Reuters in an interview Potentially more to come across the basin..

View on StockTwits ↗$TPL First Eric Schmidt Bolt Data &Energy deal, now Project Kilby with Chevron with more to come. More than a royalty company
View on StockTwits ↗$TPL Feels good to own all of this land with unlimited potential. Today, Chevron came knocking, someday in the future it will be a huge tech giant that will be building for AI. I rather own this than all of that Bitcoin nonsense that goes on. Just a matter of time until we wake up and our brokerage total is way up because of this.
View on StockTwits ↗$TPL should be up like 20% on this news, crazy how unknown this company still is to retail
View on StockTwits ↗$TPL and the First Deal ever made for this. Unbelievable. We are finally going to start putting these things noone wants near them in the only area that wants them, the Permian Basin
View on StockTwits ↗$TPL oh and there is essentially no capex just more revenue direct to earnings
