$MSTR The preferred stocks combined cost Strategy roughly $1.7 billion per year in dividend payouts. $STRD $STRK $STRF $STRC If that doesn’t make you bearish idk what will. It doesn’t take long to burn that money up. + money on debt interest. + losing on operating costs. This is a company that generates no service, no product, and no profits! Scumbag leader and community pumping the less educated into it.
View on StockTwits ↗$MSTR $STRC $STRD $STRF $STRK What most newbs don’t understand is market making large amounts of bitcoin can be very profitable. Ask any bank Prop Desk. The dilution and sold coins to pay the dividends isn’t all that significant for a $55B asset operation. I own Strf and STRD. They are raising billions to secure the dividends ( unlike Schiff’s gold funds). I don’t worry and watch the numbers very closely.
View on StockTwits ↗$MSTR $STRC.X $STRD $STRF $STRK.X You mean gold funds? Like Peter Schiff’s gold funds?
View on StockTwits ↗$MSTR “Just buy and hold” $STRC $STRD $STRF $STRK
View on StockTwits ↗$MSTR More obvious desperation from the MSTR swindler crew. Promoting $STRC.X back to par rhetoric. Dividends are funded by issuing more preferreds/common stock or selling Bitcoin, not by earnings. This makes the high yield dependent on continuous capital raises or BTC price strength, not sustainable business cash flow. For MSTR common holders, the preferreds sit senior, drain cash, and increase leverage/dilution risk while the “Bitcoin treasury” story is promoted. But imo the promotion is a low effort strategy to try and pump the buying of STRC. “Our goal is to get STRC to par at all cost” A nightmare statement for MSTR holders. Even backhanded comments were made to other preferred $STRK.X $STRD $STRF But reality is trying to pump STRC to investors so investors get it back to par. “Hey buy now you will get 12% dividend and we will get you back to $100 a share”. Just trust us. Crazy they will do anything in this company but make actual profits 😂 .
View on StockTwits ↗$MSTR I’ll sum up the Earnings Call so you don’t have to listen. - $STRC is all Saylor cares about. Getting it back to par at all cost is goal. what’s MSTR? -Bunch of whiny grown babies babbling. -Michael Failyor reading a powerpoint like a 10 year old. - F $STRK $STRD $STRF because they aren’t STRC. - MSTR is going to get dilluted into oblivion. Investors should feel anger. You listed to a guy stroke STRC while saying nothing good about the company and MSTR holders. The losers who actually make it all happen
View on StockTwits ↗@waverdr The similar bounce is a little misleading. $STRF and $STRD can trade together when the market is calm, but they are not giving you the same protection. The real difference shows up in a stress regime. STRF’s dividend is cumulative. STRD’s is not. So if the market ever starts pricing real payment risk instead of just yield, those two securities should separate fast. Same bounce off the lows does not mean same downside profile. To be fair though, dividend suspension is highly unlikely.

View on StockTwits ↗$MSTR $STRC $STRF This dividend is LESS than STRC. But a few points from par. $1.2b out. 10.2%. The market wants fixed rates, not variable. It’s why I own it. Mike??! Watch the signs not what you THINK the market wants.
View on StockTwits ↗$MSTR $STRF This fixed 10% preferred offers a solid play here. I own this one. The fixed feature makes it a fund favorite than variable. It likely goes over par soon. IMO.

View on StockTwits ↗$STRF Interesting that STRF and STRD have bounced about the same %. Both were gifts at the panic lows that will keep giving in unmatched quarterly income, although still exceptional even at par valuations. Bears should study BTC more.
