$SKY 96% of all new house builds are stick builds? Someone want to explain why? In Sweden 🇸🇪 85% of all housing is pre manufactured. Now with the chassis rule gone, you can have 16 ft ceilings for a 1/4th of the cost💲 New stick builds in Florida cost less than used homes. Think about that for a long second. Would you want your car built inside a factory or outside in the weather? Same with my house. This isn’t the 1980s. You can put these on concrete slabs now. No more need to raise 3 feet. These pre-manufactured houses just don’t have to be up to local building codes. You can still build them well. Where do you think all the money goes now? Where I am now, we don’t even have building codes unless you’ve got to connect something to a septic. I like to invest things that have great potential. This is one of them. This is.
