View on StockTwits ↗#SPMNOTES The 21st Century Road to Housing Act officially becomes law. The bill will reduce regulations to increase the supply of homes. View on StockTwits ↗$KBH The ones moving across the country, are not likely to wait for a home that would be available at some future date, since the co. just announced that it will no longer build unless there is a buyer ... Most likely these will be buying existing homes, and especially not first time new low income homes the kind that KBH builds ... If one could move across the country and just buy a home right away or even sight unseen, which is NOT the most Prudent thing, it portends either they have the wherewithal and a steady income source, or IDK ... But even Buffet is buying more of the middle to upscale home builders like Lenar, but doesn't touch KBH ...
View on StockTwits ↗$KBH are discounting prices and offerring incentives and lower interest loans ... the new jobs creation is at a lowest point and KBH caters to first time buyers, the demographics most affected by the high interest rates and more uncertain job environment ... this pop at the end of the day was the short covering after this Garbage stock finally took a well deserved Dump on Wednesday with more to Come next week, hopefully
