Sagimet Biosciences Inc a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing novel therapeutics called fatty acid synthase (FASN) inhibitors that target dysfunctional metabolic and fibrotic pathways in diseases resulting from the overproduction of the fatty acid, palmitate. Its second FASN inhibitor, TVB-3567, is a potent and selective small molecule FASN inhibitor in development for acne. It operates as a single business segment, developing and commercializing therapeutics for the treatment of MASH and other diseases where FASN plays a pathogenic role.

$SGMT The company recently hired 2 employees. Not exactly sure what roles they will play. In addition, the are looking for a VP of Regulatory Affairs and a supply chain director. Looks like they are ramping up for commercialization.
View on StockTwits ↗$SGMT awarded an inducement grant of 34,300 stock options to new hires.
View on StockTwits ↗$SGMT We need some news out of China on the approval and when to expect royalty payment $$$🏦
View on StockTwits ↗$CADL they just threw some last minute grenades in here. Typically they wind this up at the end of the day and especially with the DOW and NASDAQ being up BIG- there are unusual eyes on this and the same with $CAPR and my other $SGMT
View on StockTwits ↗$SGMT Saw a few questions about MASH. From the most recent update: The Company will undertake no further clinical development in MASH until non-dilutive financing is achieved.
View on StockTwits ↗$SGMT $LGND $HUMA $VVOS $GUTS Looks like this played out to be a great move. Haven't gotten back into $SGMT yet, but still on the radar. $GUTS was up massively and should retrace again. $HUMA has been excellent, $VVOS is gaining attention and traction. $LGND has been good, but I invested in them for long-term winner with their massive pipeline. Congrats to those that followed the play. For those that didn't, these all seem to have a lot of room to grow. Follow/Subscribe for more suggestions and perspective. Would love to hear yours too. That's how we find these gems (like these) and learn. Let's make some (more) money. Cheers!

View on StockTwits ↗$SGMT talk of interest hikes are killing this today.
View on StockTwits ↗$SGMT SGMT presenting 2 posters on the combination of Deni/Res. The phase 1 is in healthy volunteers will not per se propel the share price. What is interesting is that its being presented by Dr. Mary Rinella, an internationally recognized KOL in MASH. Glad to see someone of her stature involved with the drug, and no doubt her site will be enrolling in the phase 2.
View on StockTwits ↗$SGMT So it looks like they continue to explore the use of Resmetirom in NASH.
