$ACHV Shorts working to trick gullible investors out of their shares. There is no secondary offering coming, proxy language on the authorized share increase tied directly to the warrants overhang makes that crystal clear.

$ACHV I first bought this stock on June 30, 2020. Someday, I'll go back and see how much I've made from it, but it's been very good to me. I remember the two days in July of 2020, when I showed my co-workers and friends that I bought 16000 shares on July 30 at mostly 64 cents or less, and sold it all the next morning (premarket) for $17 a share. It was fun to see them do the math and think I made over a quarter of a million dollars in less than a day. In reality, I made 3,726.68 overnight. There was a 20-1 reverse split that night. The $17 was really equal to .85. :) That pre-market was bizzare. I had to call in to sell, because the website was crashing. When I first logged on, the price was $21 (1.05). But it was down to 17 by the time I was able to sell through an agent. Anyway, I've always believed in this stock, but it had to go through all the trial phases first. For 2026, it's Just Hold Baby! Im sitting here at a $4.12 average and just waiting.

$ACHV One of the blunders with Achieve is not raising cash sooner to have launched the Phase 3 vaping trial in time to meet the deadline for the CNPV. The voucher expires October 17, 2027. If they launch the trial this month, there is a narrow window to make it. There is a 60-day presubmission rule in which the voucher can be triggered by submitting nonclinical, draft labeling, and CMC in June/July 2027. if we miss out on CNPV(1-2 month review) we still have Breakthrough Therapy Designation that is a 6 month review.

$ACHV the drug is proven to work in helping people quit smoking and given that smoking is the #1 drug related cause of death in America, the potential for the Sales of this drug to reach $1B/year is very real. Once the drug is approved for vaping, the acquisition will happen and the price will be at least 2X what the shares are selling for now
