$RYM looks like the vote was approved ( as expected ). FYI THE DILUTION ONLY HAPPENS / HITS THE MARKET IF GTI DECIDES TO SELL! Why would they sell? The entire purpose of this is for GTI to consolodate RYM's earnings in GTI's financials and gives GTI full atonomy in regards to decisions moving forward. I can understand the concern, but I'm 100% ride or die with Ben @ $GTBIF on this one. Debt is now effectively completely wiped out at RYM. Also keep in mind Ben put in 300k of his own money in the 40s. He's got a plan, IDK what it is, but he's got something cooking $MSOS
View on StockTwits ↗@ackerman2436 @Blome what is the purpose, strategies here?? So besides the option to turn $RYM into basically a ghost, shell company with a sputteting seesaw stock price, if or when $GTII.TSX decides to sell some, or all. And/Or just take all products back from $RYM including the growing thc drinks market back?? I guess this is no longer a strategy about plant touching vs. non-plant touching companies, distribution channels, or schedule 3 classification, nor hep ban coming up?? Stoned INDEED?!
View on StockTwits ↗@Blome What will hapoen to $RYM and its investors, its stock price will be massively impacted by this huge dilution move. And $GTII.TSX can also pull out all of $RYM products leaving it with nothing, what happens to $RYM listing as it will just be a shell company
View on StockTwits ↗$GTBIF $RYM From another Forum: A positive RYTHM Inc RYM shareholder vote tomorrow 081026 would allow GTI the opportunity to take 901% control of RYM GTI would control shareholder votes involving directors, amendments to the charter, and significant corporate transactions Additionally, GTI would have the ability to acquire the remaining 99% interest in RYM for a full buyout RYTHM, Dogwalkers, Incredibles, Señiorita, 1777, Beboe, & Good Green Bullish AF Long GTBIF
View on StockTwits ↗$RYM Thoughts on Mondays vote where Green Thumb Industries $GTII.TSX take an 80% controlling stake in $RYM by way of generating new $RYM shares? Going from the current 2.18 million shares to 11.14 million shares....5+ times more!!!...with a current market cap is around $48M with those 2.18M shares. Current $RYM shareholders will get massive dilution. I believe the company will be successful, however this will drag the $RYM price per share down significantly and they still need to navigate the hemp derived ban scheduled for November/December 2026 that will hinder $RYM excellent growth in outside dispensary distribution channels like liquor stores, concert venues, convenience stores like Circle K...I believe they are making great moves on the ban..Let's Go!@
View on StockTwits ↗$MSOS Lots of chatter around the hemp ban, can confirm, the current bill / text to extend the ban STILL bans all intoxicating hemp. The sticking points are over full spectrum CBD ( which the ban affects ) and it sounds like drinks have a possible path forward $RYM . I bet once S3 is finalized, there's going to be some sort of carveout / compromise over full spectrum and drinks. Both make sense to move forward with and there is still no public health risk. Bottom line, intoxicating hemp is still going away end of this year.
View on StockTwits ↗$MSOS $GTBIF Ben sounded very confident about the future of THC beverages on the call $RYM
View on StockTwits ↗$MSOS $GTBIF Ben is saying the $RYM vote on the 10th will allow GTI to report RYM's financials in GTI's books starting as soon as October.... GTI pays RYM roughly 70M / year... lol Idk how the fuck this plays out, but I'm holding both
View on StockTwits ↗$RYM RYM making huge moves with hemp drinks all over the US while Irwin Simon’s $TLRY drinks just seem to be dragging in the dirt. All that so called “distribution” Irwin always talks about just doesn’t seem to make any numbers. Buy another failed brewery Irwin, that will fix it! Until Irwin Simon is shown the door, Tilray will never get back to anything but the current diluted pig of a company it is today.
View on StockTwits ↗$RYM let’s do this! Try and keep up $TLRY I know it’s hard with a crooked CEO. It’s not the shareholders, it’s bad management.
View on StockTwits ↗@Thumbszilla $RYM up 20% on earnings. Leads me to believe if $TRLV does will Friday this will have a decent move. I grabbed some $4.50 Friday calls for fun.
View on StockTwits ↗$CGC $RYM Had record breaking revenue of $23 million from beverages. Wana has beverages and gummies. They could potentially be making the same or more from CUSA. The numbers included free cash flow of $8 million. CUSA is sneaky…
View on StockTwits ↗@jverv @ackerman2436 blowing up well, go Ben! Now don't have $GTII.TSX takeover $RYM ....Get moving hemp regulation vs. hemp ban legislation!! Need to keep upyour testing and use on non synthetic hemp to compete in non-dispensary distribution channels. Will the hemp ban be delayed, will the hemp ban focus illegal, synthetic hemp from overseas...let's go politics, time to accomplish something
