View on StockTwits β$POW Guess there won't be much need to build new electrical generation capacity if the construction of new data centers is essentially banned in the U.S. I'm still bullish on this long term.
View on StockTwits βVistaShares just launched an interesting ETF lineup covering some of the biggest long-term market themes. The portfolio includes Defense ($AMMO), Space ($GALX), Robotics ($RTOO), AI ($AIS), Electrification ($POW), plus income ETFs like TPRY, OMAH, QUSA, ACKY, DRKY, and SIOO. My view: AI, Robotics, and Electrification have the strongest long-term tailwinds. Rising hyperscaler CapEx, growing power demand, and automation trends could continue driving these sectors for years. Defense remains supported by higher global spending, while Space offers higher risk but potentially higher reward as commercialization expands. The income ETFs may attract investors seeking cash flow, but option-income strategies can limit upside in strong bull markets. Don't focus only on yieldβtotal return matters. Disclosure: VistaShares is a WOLF Financial partner. This post is for informational purposes only, not investment advice. Always read a fund's prospectus. Which theme would you hold for the next 5 years? π
View on StockTwits β$POW even when this etf is up, I feel dumb for owning it
View on StockTwits β@dennismccain @whatistruenow I started photonics ETF positions, too, over the past month and now hold some EUV, FOTO, and the brand new LAZR. Electrification / power build out ETFs like $POW are also getting beaten up. I think it's just a general fear about the long anticipated AI bubble burst resulting in a halt of the AI data center build out. Note, however, that many of the photonics stocks have high P/E.

View on StockTwits βAll these data center build outs are causing massive electrical demand and problems.. pushing CPO delay further out into 2028 and more so focused on copper build out currently. But the HVDC problem is a current problem that needs to be addressed.. all these data centers are consuming massive amounts of electricity and high voltage power.. thatβs the real bottleneck issue currently $POW $POWL $VICR $PWR 2026-2027 bottleneck is HVDC 2027-2020 bottleneck is CPO
