$CWAN GT Silver BidCo, Inc. is a special-purpose Delaware corporation formed by a consortium of private equity firms (including Permira, Warburg Pincus, Francisco Partners, and Temasek). It was established specifically to facilitate the multi-billion dollar acquisition and privatization of the financial software company Clearwater Analytics Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CWAN).
Under the definitive Merger Agreement the transaction was structured as follows:
Acquisition Terms: Stockholders of Clearwater Analytics receive $24.55 per share in cash, representing a total deal value estimated in the billions.
Current Status: Clearwater Analytics shareholders approved the merger. After clearing the final regulatory approvals (including clearance from the Australian Treasurer), the transaction is expected to officially close in Q2 2026, making Clearwater a wholly-owned private subsidiary of GT Silver Bidco.

Down 0.43% today. Sold $BCS for minimal loss and sold $FHN for minimal gain to pick up $ASX for a nice after hours up swing and sell. Still holding $CWAN which seems to only move outside of market hours. Back again tomorrow.

No idea. Totally unacceptable from Robinhood. My chart hasn't moved since around 11 this morning. I sold $HBM for a loss and picked up $CWAN which hasn't budged, maybe? Back again tomorrow, we'll see if $HOOD can as well.
