@MihalisB86 I'm 95% Biotech invested....accross 50 companies... most small cap (<3bn, some <$50M (I'm waiting on news any day from Poolbeg Pharma (AIM listed) that "MIGHT BE MASSIVE").... on an individual case-by-case there are NO certainties..... even when you think there is... just look at Pelacarsen ($NVS and $IONS ) recent Ph3, just probabilistic gains.... $ARCT are well priced given the probabilities and 2 readouts coming, $TENX are on the floor so "maybe" with the modified Ph3 will recover some but will still be a much small drug (gone is the M&A premium etc...).... ... and final thoughts... donlt take investing tips from random folks on Stocktwits - espically one who is enjoying wine on a Fri evening.. ME over here in Europe)..

$NVS Novartis CEO (Vas) and Novartis Board made significant changes to Novartis’s leadership and operational teams after COVID. I believe those changes have limited the company’s ability to properly assess the risk and value of potential blockbusters and to acquire and launch them. What is certain is that, for the first time in decades, the NVS pipeline lacks a clear blockbuster. I would prefer to stay away from this stock until 2029 (patent cliff for Cosentyx) , or until the company decides to change its CEO and revamp its R&D capabilities. Historically, $NVS has been more of an R&D powerhouse than a strong M&A investor.

@Haginger $KYTX the $NVS / $BMY headlines didn’t help but if you listen to the Wells Fargo conference call on the Quartr app they explain the differences in their approach that likely lead to those unfortunate incidents for the other companies. They were very clear about the safety profile of their product so if anything this should become a tailwind as they work towards approval.

$NVS Novartis could be very interested in CATX if the ESMO data validate the program. It may be the most natural strategic buyer outside Lantheus/Curium. Why CATX fits Novartis: Novartis already sells Lutathera, the established SSTR2-targeted therapy for neuroendocrine tumors. CATX’s VMT-α-NET targets the same receptor but uses lead-212 alpha radiation, potentially offering stronger tumor killing with a shorter radiation path. Novartis already has NET physicians, treatment centers, reimbursement experience and radiopharmaceutical manufacturing. $CATX could provide a next-generation successor or complement to Lutathera. Novartis remains interested in additional radioligand deals and previously paid $1 billion upfront plus up to $750 million in milestones for preclinical-stage Mariana
