Magellan Health serves a broad clientele, including health plans, managed care organizations, employers, labor unions, third-party administrators, state and federal government entities (including military agencies), exchanges, brokers, and consultants. Founded in 1969 and based in Phoenix, Arizona, Magellan Health, Inc. has operated as a subsidiary of Centene Corporation since January 4, 2022.
