View on StockTwits ↗@Stocksgowsyup personally the only one I truly care about low/middle income families defaulting on large loans. It seems that the way it is being mitigated for now is underwater car loans are sold at a loss to dealerships to cut out expenses to take personal paperloss 2-4 $K. Banks are mitigating defaults by reducing minimum payments while mortgage holder is in long duration joblessness. The government and tech is in a long reduction cycle and it will affect middle class loan defaults pool of mortgages. Next cycle is retail, food, and hospitality which trends the lower and middle lower towards default. I think the middle income owner willing to just walk away are Airbnb owner-operators. The worst part of $ABNB is the house is awful for $OPEN business model. In expensive areas w price propped by tourism not owner occupied w2 income. Buyer model will lose for years catching all the falling knives These indicators aren't collapse events. They are showing dry spells and momentum down.

Researchers from Guangdong Medical University and Changchun University of Chinese Medicine found that the hemp-based patties were rich in essential amino acids and unsaturated fatty acids, while also outperforming the other plant-based patties on multiple measures of protein quality and digestibility.
