The Direxion Daily Real Estate Bear 3X Shares (DRV) is a leveraged exchange-traded fund (ETF) that seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of 300% of the inverse (or opposite) of the performance of the Real Estate Select Sector Index. $DRV double digit mortgage rate is coming, and existing/newly built glut homes are not selling even with historically average rate and large incentives. I might even add more calls here. 2027 will be ugly.
View on StockTwits ↗While headline numbers highlight a historic numerical divergence between active listings and purchasing demand driven by affordability constraints and post-pandemic inventory surges in regions like Texas and Florida, systemic risk profiles differ drastically from 2008. Unlike the subprime lending crisis characterized by widespread predatory underwriting, adjustable-rate shock, and cascading institutional toxic debt, today's market features a vast majority of homeowners locked into low fixed-rate mortgages with substantial baseline equity cushions. Delinquency dynamics and foreclosure timelines are closely regulated, preventing the forced liquidations that triggered the prior systemic collapse.$DRV #RealEstate #HousingMarket #Macroeconomics #StockTrading #hovdid
View on StockTwits ↗$DRV Signal Update Today's recommendation from our system is to STAY LONG. The previous BUY signal was issued on 05/08/2026, 7 days ago, when the stock price was 19.46. Since then, DRV has risen by +8.22%.
View on StockTwits ↗$DRV -03/31 25.14 SELL -18.81% ✔---Good short in April as the market went down.
View on StockTwits ↗$DRV picking calls here, this is about to rip, low float, market looks primed sub 600 on SP
View on StockTwits ↗$DRV No Molly, this does not short banks -- sheesh. I believe that is $FAZ
View on StockTwits ↗$DRV Added a few here... this one shorts banks, the fact that it is red today might be a gift, although it does not move as nicely as $UVIX when markets turn sour. The whole banking system is not stable IMO.
View on StockTwits ↗@I_short_stocks yes, I’ve been adding 50 shares for every $.50 down on $NAIL. Today I’ve accumulated about 200 shares. Take note that I also have something like the inverse, $DRV which I’ve started selling around $23.6 and upwards.
