Direxion Daily MSCI Developed Markets Bear 3X Shares
This fund, known as Direxion Daily MSCI Developed Markets Bear 3X Shares (DPK), seeks to deliver daily returns that are three times the inverse (or opposite) of the daily performance of the MSCI EAFE Index, before accounting for fees and expenses. To achieve this, the fund primarily invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any assets acquired through borrowing) in various financial instruments. These include swap agreements, futures contracts, and short positions, which are strategically combined to generate leveraged inverse exposure to the underlying index. The MSCI EAFE Index itself is a free float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted benchmark that measures the performance of large and mid-sized companies located in 21 developed market economies. Finally, this fund is considered non-diversified.
