$DALN Share price now says deal won't pass. Here's my wild guess because no way to tell for sure how shares are voting:
• Shares are trading after the record date, so the sellers won't bother to vote. Thus, there will not be the required 2/3 approval.
• Someone like Gamco will sue the Company and/or the majority shareholder (have the poison pill thingy/majority shareholder may have fiduciary duty).
• No matter what they tell you, someone will come back with a higher bid. Hold out for $20!
