Caesars Entertainment's stand-alone portfolio includes about 50 domestic gaming properties across the Las Vegas (48% of 2025 EBITDAR) and regional (49%) markets. Additionally, the company hosts managed properties and digital assets that produced marginal EBITDA in 2025. Caesars' US presence roughly doubled with the 2020 acquisition by Eldorado, which built its first casino in Reno, Nevada, in 1973. Caesars' brands include Caesars, Harrah's, Tropicana, Bally's, Isle, and Flamingo. Also, the company owns the US portion of William Hill (it sold the international operation in 2022), a digital sports betting platform. The portfolio is set to expand to more than 60 casinos with the proposed acquisition of Caesars by Fertitta Entertainment and its Golden Nugget resorts.

$DKNG $FLUT $CZR NFL announces sports betting partnerships with DraftKings, FanDuel and Fanatics The National Football League announced it has reached commercial agreements with three sports betting operators ahead of the 2026 season. "DraftKings and FanDuel, partners in the category since 2021, each signed a multi-year deal. Fanatics Betting and Gaming also signed a multi-year agreement, expanding a relationship with the NFL that includes collectibles and official league merchandise. As part of these multi-year deals, all three partners will have the ability to leverage NFL marks within the sports betting category and promote online and retail sports betting. They will also have presence at NFL tentpole events such as the Super Bowl and NFL Draft, unique hospitality and VIP experiences and integrations across NFL-owned digital media properties. Finally, they will have access to real-time, official play-by-play statistics, proprietary Next Gen Stats and BetVision through Genius Sports, the league's exclusive data distribution partner. All three NFL partners agreed to adhere to the league's core game integrity policies and will collaborate on intelligence sharing, advocacy efforts and responsible gambling initiatives. This includes working together to prohibit wagers the league finds objectionable, including bets tied to officiating and injuries, along with those that can be knowable in advance or easily manipulated by a single person, the league stated. Fanatics is replacing Caesars (CZR) as an official betting operator.

$CZR It’s now been a month since the deadline for the go shop period has ended. And since then management has outright refused to update shareholders even going as far as canceling the earnings call. As of now shareholders have no idea if the business is being sold, who it’s being sold to if it is being sold, when it’s being sold or for how much if being sold. Insane how dogshit this management team has been even towards what seems like the end.
