Caesars Entertainment's stand-alone portfolio includes about 50 domestic gaming properties across the Las Vegas (48% of 2025 EBITDAR) and regional (49%) markets. Additionally, the company hosts managed properties and digital assets that produced marginal EBITDA in 2025. Caesars' US presence roughly doubled with the 2020 acquisition by Eldorado, which built its first casino in Reno, Nevada, in 1973. Caesars' brands include Caesars, Harrah's, Tropicana, Bally's, Isle, and Flamingo. Also, the company owns the US portion of William Hill (it sold the international operation in 2022), a digital sports betting platform. The portfolio is set to expand to more than 60 casinos with the proposed acquisition of Caesars by Fertitta Entertainment and its Golden Nugget resorts.

View on StockTwits ↗A federal appeals court allowed a proposed class-action lawsuit against major Atlantic City casino operators to move forward, alleging the companies used AI-powered pricing software to coordinate room rates and overcharge customers. The plaintiffs claim casinos shared sensitive internal data, including real-time pricing and occupancy information, with Cendyn’s Rainmaker platform, which then used AI algorithms to generate pricing recommendations. The U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the allegations are sufficient to proceed under federal antitrust law, creating a split with a 2025 Ninth Circuit decision that dismissed a similar lawsuit involving Nevada casinos. The appellate court said plaintiffs should be allowed to obtain technical evidence regarding how the software operates. $CZR

View on StockTwits ↗$CZR Dotn be surprised if the earnings today are pretty good. This was supposed to be the timeframe where it turned around, that’s why what this management team did was so sleazy and sketchy. I fully believe that they were always planning on selling for awhile to get their own portion of ownership around this time. It’s why it seemed like they were constantly making the wrong moves but they weren’t, they were making the right moves for this situation for themselves instead of shareholders and the overall health of the company.
