$RICK SHORTS lost 2 million this week. More pain to come. Price is back to were it was Oct 3rd 2025. So much better than $CAVA $BTC.X $WEN around narratives. Valuations matter.
View on StockTwits ↗$RICK BOD member just bought shares ! Hasn’t bought shares since Feb 26, 2024 and is his second largest purchase since joining the company. $CAVA nothing but sells, $BROS nothing but sells, $CMG nothing but sells, WING nothing but sells, SBUX nothing but sells, CBRL nothing, CAKE sells…..I’m thinking more buys are coming. The BOD knows the legal NYC case details as well as the internal 2027 earnings est. Next stop is $34.50 pre lawfare price.
View on StockTwits ↗Follow up to my $CAVA post earlier this week. pointing out areas of difficulty. from a trading perspective it is no longer an obvious entry point. https://www.tradingview.com/x/7EpPPb3u/
View on StockTwits ↗$RICK Look at FPE of the following: $CAVA 97, $CBRL 53 $SHAK 52 The forward PE of RICK is 6!! So the naysayers have no idea what they are talking about when a move to 14-16 FPE (which is below the industry average of 22-25) would take the stock price to $75 range . Valuations matter. Personally any price below $37.54 should be bought with all available FCF in my book. No reason they can’t take shr count to 7,000,000 in less than 24 months.
View on StockTwits ↗$RICK Now let’s talk the next technical resistance of $32.02 the post lawfare bounce. Any multiple insider buys (which haven’t happened in over a year) would let you know mgmt and the board know what’s going on with the NYC case being BS. In October we end the 2026 yr with Eric saying he will begin aggressive buy backs as long as the stock is below the Adam $37.54 price most likely. $CAVA $BROS $SHAK trade at insane valuations yet they are kept afloat by weekly index buying that ricks don’t have yet.
View on StockTwits ↗Just remember when we look at $CAVA's traffic for Q3, July started off with a promotional event that wanted rewards members to return SIX (6) times in a single month!
View on StockTwits ↗$RICK Fair value is $72-78 GuruFocus says $56.93. Let’s assume we are both wrong and knock it down to $40 given the company is going to be earning over $4.00/shr now this is a easy 38% gain to a deeply discounted FCF metric. Better upside than $SPCX , better turn around story than $CAVA , more upside than $WEN buyout potential PS The stock is out performing all the major indexes this year
