Under typical market circumstances, the Newday Ocean Health ETF (AHOY) will dedicate at least 80% of its overall assets, including any capital obtained through borrowing for investment purposes, to companies it defines as Ocean Health Companies. These are businesses actively focused on and prioritizing concerns such as: curbing the release of excessive nutrients into bodies of water, addressing product waste throughout its entire lifecycle, committing to broader environmental stewardship, and/or reducing their carbon dioxide emissions. It's important to note that this fund operates on a non-diversified basis.
