$VKTX can’t wait to watch this dump tomorrow morning at 9:31am 😂😂🤡🤡
View on StockTwits ↗$VKTX the absolute nonsense on here from some posters simply because they have paper losses at the moment. I’ve read, BL should go because: 1. He says “Um” when he speaks 2. He didn’t waste shareholder money taking VK2809 (an asset they don’t even own) trialing through Ph3 3. The pills for higher dose of VK2735 Ph2 were big 4. Viking has not tracked the S&P 5. The PR isn’t very good Let’s ignore the important stuff like brilliantly raising $850M and making money on that raise. Amazingly fast recruitment for Ph3 trials : ~4,650 enrolled and finished in ~5 months. Kailera: ~4,700 target and still recruiting after ~8 months. Positioning perfectly as a company who’d like to partner but is continuing at pace to establish a GIA model if that’s required. Just nonsense from some posters who should have a little think about what’s important.
View on StockTwits ↗$VKTX -one good info from Brian in Congerence was about Oral Phase 3 Trial size and duration. He mentioned two trials similar to SQ, but with 75% less subjects, meaning only about ~1500 for main trial and around 300 for 2nd trial, and duration will be shorter than 78 weeks, I would assume arround 60- 64 weeks. Given how fast enrollment was for SQ trial, the Oral trial enrollment should finish within 3 months. Once Maintenance trial results are out and as good as we are expecting then rest all will be good for long time, till BO or for even longer time with partnership.
View on StockTwits ↗$VKTX From the patent of VK2735… Compound 4 (VK2735) demonstrated approximately 2.7X lower GLP1 IC50 than tirzepatide (105 vs. 281 nM) and approximately 1.2X lower GIPR IC50 (153 vs. 188 nM). The biggest difference is clearly at GLP-1 receptor where Compound 4 (VK2735) shows substantially greater potency than Tirzepatide. Plus the half life of VK2735 is substantially longer than Tirzepatide…
View on StockTwits ↗$VKTX The most knowledgeable scientists in my experience are those who begin the answer as " I don't know or I am not sure". And then come out with all guns blazing. 😂😂😂. Let the trial data speak when it comes. Agreed we shouldn't be bashing BL at this critical phase. He is captain of the ship whatever. Enjoy the ride and win with him.
View on StockTwits ↗@Muddymac BL delivered +381% to $VKTX shareholders in 5yrs. Meanwhile, Bourla burnt PFE -38% in 5yrs. No comparison really. We just gotta have PAYtience. ☘️💎
View on StockTwits ↗$VKTX To The fake bulls bad-mouthing BL: At least we don't have PFE's Bourla. That guy takes the cake for the worst CEO involved in the obesity market landscape. So, count your blessings BL resurrected VKTK from $2 all the way to $90+. 👏 And when we rocket from $30 to $150+, you better pay him homage 💪☘️💎 https://stocktwits.com/ians/message/635605504
View on StockTwits ↗$VKTX It is a 50/50 gamble …. “If you don't take a dose for a month and then you take that high dose, are you going to trigger all the same GI adverse events?” Lian said. “I can see it either way.”
View on StockTwits ↗$VKTX Hmmm, I just can't resist. I'm hoping you're trolling, but I'm not sure, and I've seen some pretty serious cases of BLphilia on this board. If you wanted a CEO who develops amazing technology and successfully commercializes it and generates life-changing returns for employees and investors, then I think you've got it backward, at least on the evidence to date. TSLA went public 16 years ago and has provided a 300x return to investors. VKTX went public 11 years ago and has provided a 3.7x return to investors. I know which one this investor would prefer. Whether you like him or not, I'd say that a CEO who brings to market Starlink, Neuralink, reusable orbital rockets, and Teslas is doing a little more than "just pumps and bullshits". You were trolling, right?
View on StockTwits ↗$VKTX They don’t even have $$ in this just trolling the board
View on StockTwits ↗$VKTX the stock price is everything that counts. U can love or hate the ceo , he does not own the company. I am here because I think vk2735 is worth a lot more then 30 bucks. Its just business nothing personal, the stock is down because of poor management which does not change the thesis around vk2735. Don't think of the drug and the ceo as the same. Vk2735 can be multi billion drug , ceo is worth nothing.
View on StockTwits ↗$VKTX can’t wait for good maintenance data so all these “fire BL” guys shut up. So he’s not Mr. Smooth Media Man. Who cares? The guy is running a company running a myriad of trials, his job is not to pump the stock without the results to back it up, his job is to ready the company to bring a drug out commercially. If the drug fails, it fails. If it doesn’t, then the wait will be well worth it. If I wanted a CEO who just pumps and bullshits his way through everything, I’d buy TSLA.
View on StockTwits ↗$VKTX lots of folks are coming out and are seeing thorough the pumpers. Like we have said before we are meeting against Brian, and him falling on his sword. More to come.
