The WisdomTree Floating Rate Treasury Fund dedicates a minimum of 80% of its overall assets (not including collateral from securities lending activities) to either the direct constituents of its benchmark index or to other investments that exhibit virtually identical economic features. This index, which the fund aims to mirror, is specifically designed to track the performance of U.S. government debt instruments that carry variable interest rates. It is important to note that the fund is categorized as non-diversified.

@LVStrader have you considered $USFR ? It has monthly dividends and quite stable. I think it is similar to CD (banks) but better b/c of anytime withdrawal.
View on StockTwits ↗$USFR Only 178 watchers here. !?!? OMG 😳😳😱 The ultimate safe haven under the current conditions. And just as efficient at most other times as well. Some those Greedy bastards will learn soon enough.. This is the ultimate PARKING SPOT. Just sit it here and re- group , if need be.
View on StockTwits ↗$USFR So why is USFR superior to $SHV $SGOV TBLL $BIL TBIL? You solve the (1) principal risk and (2) credit spread risk. In other words, effective duration of zero. And no credit spread exists for Treasury floating-rate notes (TFRNs). Its only competitor is $TFLO. But USFR has higher proportion from US Treasury sources to help out your state income tax, if your state charges one.
View on StockTwits ↗(3) But compare vs. $VGSH with effec. duration =1.9. The principal risk starts to eat away. The answer is in the shortest end, way back shortest where ED=0 as with $USFR.
View on StockTwits ↗(2) What this means is that those with bond ETFs with effective durations higher than 1.0 saw bond price declines. Might want to move to the very short-end of the YC. Check out the sawtooth of $USFR whose effective duration is ~0. Pretty stable. $VGSH.
View on StockTwits ↗$USFR $VGSH (1) The lower belly and the tail-end of the Treasury Yield Curve keep rising. The 2Y is now at 3.88%, the highest in 8 months. The 20Y is now at 4.97%. There goes your equity risk premium. But the focus is on the 2Y: the 50-bp rise from 3.38% in 4 weeks is pretty steep.
View on StockTwits ↗@Keith1950 same plan! One place to park cash, as many savvy investors do, is in treasury bonds like $SGOV $SHV $USFR usually are half point higher than high yield savings accounts. Currently at 4.3% They also stay in a very tight range of pennies over months, so a safer hold and liquid. Fees are minimal.
View on StockTwits ↗$SGOV or $usfr and it doesn't matter what day of the month you buy correct it always theoretically goes up a bit per day?
