Seems we should have initiated a DERIVATIVE LAWSUIT so we could have had a voice (a presence) in the liquidation case and so, not removed by the liquidation trustee and the judge. So, even if the judge will require Catalent and USworldmeds to pay the damages, these will go to creditors only and if the damages claimed will be humongous will be simbolically only and money will remain to those companies.
What a fraud, what a disgusting system!
