@KraxKill $TBF pays a 3% dividend too plus you gain extra from the hikes. That's all you need or just do $TBIL because it's newb proof. Everyone should be in fixed income. This is America's welfare check 🫴🏾💵
View on StockTwits ↗@okil1234 You can smell the fear tonight. ♨ This is when they reset the 99%. Only the rich get richer with fixed income. Maybe you should have bought $TBF instead, LOL!

View on StockTwits ↗Continue to scratch my head at $HYG, one of those "bellwether" securities, along with the likes of $DXY. Caught in a narrowing range since December, though indicators like RSI and MACD notably down. Given a different security, looking at this chart I'd want to believe it's poised to bullishly break out of that flag upward. MACD is even teasing. But then I look at the broad market macro and the fact that this is HYG. We've seen an inverted yield curve for more than 20 months now, and there seems to be a lot of uncertainty right now. Talks of bubbles, lofty profit-driven security prices, inflation ticking softly higher. And now talk that "the yield curve's predictive power is not what it once was" just today: https://www.reuters.com/markets/us/inverted-yield-curve-no-longer-reliable-recession-flag-strategists-say-2024-03-12/ I re-read this corporate bond outlook published by Schwab in December 2023 (when the flag started on HYG). Chart below in some ways mirrors that sentiment from Schwab. https://www.schwab.com/learn/story/corporate-bond-outlook-dash-caution HYG, a tale of sentiment and macro. What's next? $TLT $TBF
