However, two >5x ULN transaminase elevations without bilirubin increases kept a lid on the stock despite stellar efficacy. Company described the LFTs as asymptomatic—one patient discontinued treatment and the other completed the study—with possible contributing factors including, one participant with fatty liver disease, and the other with history of androgen therapy. If these were the only two instances of LFT abnormalities, we don't foresee any labeling or commercial challenges. PT moves to $44 (from $40), which reflects our increased PoS for PHVS-719.

$PTGX $TAK Protagonist announces Takeda received U.S. FDA approval for MIMRYLO Protagonist Therapeutics (PTGX) announced that Takeda (TAK) received U.S. Food and Drug Administration, FDA, approval for MIMRYLO, a subcutaneously delivered first-in-class hepcidin mimetic peptide for the treatment of erythrocytosis in adults with polycythemia vera. MIMRYLO will be commercialized by Takeda under the worldwide license and collaboration agreement entered into in 2024 between Protagonist and Takeda.
