$SLN big candle up pre-market to 14+.. did i miss anything again?
View on StockTwits ↗$SLN Added some here, will double if it falls to 11-12, Lp(a) asset was already shelved, it's not where the value is
View on StockTwits ↗$SLN sold out and took profits to $NKTR. think this still does well but out with 100% so not disappointed, think this still has legs but think the fallout from NVS isn't over.
View on StockTwits ↗$SLN FUCK I have to admit I should have sold at around 16 after data. The market gives you what it gives you. SP should have been 25 but market gave ~15. Then you have to accept it. Waiting for Lp(a) wa sly way of saying I did not accept what the market gave me. At least half should have been taken off the table. Was not super read up on the trial but from quick research it was apparent it was far from certain to hit. This was a failure of acceptance from my side. After ph3 divesiran the SP will likely be substantially higher than now. But that is a few years down the line.

View on StockTwits ↗$SLN while this is not traded on all brokers as stock the options are available...gained here before from a previous spike playing options on the expected downside. making similar case again. there is unusually high implied volatility on the downside puts, although kind of show i have seen here before. September OTM puts reaching ~790% IV, while October also shows extremely elevated downside IV. This doesn’t mean the market is predicting a specific price—it means downside protection is extremely expensive, suggesting traders are pricing significant tail risk into the September/October expirations. If selling of some of those shares from last months offer starts, the options structure suggests the potential for a sharp, nonlinear move lower rather than a normal gradual pullback. watch for 12.50 over the next 2 months and play caustiously glta
View on StockTwits ↗$GLSI $SLN I have owned both for years. Both are among my top holdings. I don’t think that SLN would catch GLSI in share price, but we are almost there. GLSI is overdue for a rally.
View on StockTwits ↗$NVS $IONS $NAMS $SLN Yes. The trial officially finished its core patient tracking phase in July 2026. Now they must execute a multi-month cleaning phase before unblinding the data. Phase 3 Horizon topline results are expected to hit the tape in late 2026 or early 2027.
View on StockTwits ↗$SLN Ph3 study start in 1H27. Mgmt will share detailed Ph2 data at on December 12–15, 2026. they intend to advance divesiran as quickly as possible and will share details on the Ph3 trial design post alignment with the FDA, but has already decided to advance the convenient dose
View on StockTwits ↗$NVS $IONS $NAMS $SLN HORIZON finally finished. Results should be soon.
View on StockTwits ↗$SLN Anyone see a catalyst for these shares before year-end?
