Beyond lending, it offers sophisticated wealth management, financial and tax planning, and trust and family office services, all underpinned by planning-based financial strategies. SVB Capital focuses on venture capital investments. Finally, SVB Securities operates as an investment bank, aiding clients with capital raising, merger and acquisition advisory, equity research, and sales and trading activities. The group maintains an extensive global presence with 56 offices across the United States and internationally. Founded in 1983, its corporate headquarters are situated in Santa Clara, California.
