$SHFS can anyone tell how the $3.3M loss YTD was spent? Where are the holes?

View on StockTwits ↗$SHFS @OtherTim No need for a conspiracy theory, this is how it works: Every board thinks they need a top 90% CEO. They look at what the top 90% earning CEOs are making, they pick their candidate, and they pay top dollar. That boosts the average CEO pay - it spirals upward!
View on StockTwits ↗$SHFS yes, agreed, but many wrongs don't establish a right. I dont feel its the executives that are liable unless documentation show a collusion between them, and since some of the executives were on the board it is obvious, even if they "recused" themselves from the votes. The investrigation should be focused on the board.
View on StockTwits ↗$SHFS that's it I reckon. Terry done messed up. 0 marketing, 0 interest, and a solid plan for insolvency.
View on StockTwits ↗$SHFS established a retention plan and agreement for key employees and directors, offering incentives tied to change-of-control events.
View on StockTwits ↗$SHFS anyone an idea on the court date upcoming next week? is it worth a gamble?
View on StockTwits ↗@OtherTim Executive pay has been WAY out of control everywhere in USA for decades now. This is a US-wide issue, not specific to $SHFS at all. See https://inequality.org/action/corporate-pay-equity/
View on StockTwits ↗$SHFS just more proof of continued poor judgment on behalf of SHFS leadership. A sharholder(owner)-focused board wouldn't abide this performance. Although they are traditionally limited from liability, this board should be held liable, at least monetarilly, for supporting large executive salaries while the owners whom they are supposed to protect, suffer.
View on StockTwits ↗The $SHFS S-1 will expire unused. I’d guess that it was part of an effort to settle the lawsuit. The warrants given to the Abaca shareholders were not economical to exercise & this could have been an attempt to get them to love their Second Amendment warrants vs. trying to overturn the Second Amendment in court. But SEC’s non-cooperation seems to have killed that effort.
