$MRNA 10-year analyst consensus revenue estimates per Seeking Alpha (as of 9/6/26 excl highest & lowest estimates) v. the 10-year (FY23 - 32) revenue forecast prepared by the management/BOD of $SGEN when SGEN was acquired for $43B ($42B enterprise value). Seeking Alpha reports MRNA's (non fully diluted) market cap at $58B ($53B enterprise value). SGEN projected 78% gross margins over the 10-year period. We've tracked all commercial-stage biopharma M&A since 1/1/2013 & can confirm 78% is on the lower side v. peer M&A, which is our experience is impactful when assessing valuation. This is not investment advice. Revenue projections may or may not be meaningful when considering valuation potential. $XBI $IBB $NBI
View on StockTwits ↗@jconnors7 @Dcastle $PFE bought $SGEN for 43B. They modeled a forcast of 10B revs by 2030. $IOVA will be doing north of 12-15B in 4 years if they can expand ITC footprint and production.

View on StockTwits ↗The 1st attachment shows the collective $NBIX & $SLNO analyst consensus revenue ests as of the morning the M&A exit was announced incl highest analyst est, consensus, lowest analyst est, consensus excl the highest analyst est, & consensus excl both the highest & lowest analyst est. At the bottom we simply add the 2 together for an idea of what NBIX analyst ests may, again may, look like post M&A. We then show a "what-if" NBIX was acquired for a peer 0.35X multiple on 10-year collective consensus just for fun. This may be absurd considering SLNO exited at a 0.15X 10-year multiple. The graph compares the collective NBIX/SLNO 10-year analyst consensus & an assumed gross margin @ 97% (NBIX actual FY25 gross margin = 97%, SLNO = 99%) v. the actual 10-year revenue & gross margin projection prepared by $SGEN when SGEN was acquired for an EV of $42B. SGEN provided a 12 year forecast (projecting peak sales in Year 10). Compare NBIX/SLNO 10 year gross margin (even if too high) to SGEN $XBI $IBB
View on StockTwits ↗$XBI Other ideas in the hopper at some point (in addition to our monthly Coffee at the Close meet-ups): -1 on 1 calls with specific ROTY members (share their unique strategies, find commonalities as well as differences in our approaches) -Start doing mgmt calls again (these were quite fun for me in the past, such as Cascadian before $SGEN acquired them). Only do them where merited & field questions from both our Chat as well as X/Biotwitter -Where there are KOL calls at @Slingshot_Invst the group is interested in, we could contribute ?s for the discussion (or in the past we've had guys who led their own calls)
View on StockTwits ↗@Mr_Anderson007 yeah I mistaken the shares count and forgot the dilution 🤦 However, you think we have the same value of a $SGEN? A company with FOUR drugs already on the market producing billions of revenue per year and at least 10 drugs between phase 1 and 2. We are worth the same as this company? Hope to be wrong but i don’t believe that
View on StockTwits ↗$SLS for whoever is pushing the idea of $40B: YOU’re either a pumper or a moron who has no idea of what this number mean. $40 bn means paying 235$ per share… what kind of a retard you got to be to even share this? Even if after positive data of REGAL trial we could cross the $20’s it would be still a jump of 1000%!!! Have you ever seen a pharmaceutical company paying the 1000% of premium on a purchase? $SGEN got bought for $43B, $229 per share, and they had FOUR drugs approved and making BILLIONS of turnover every year $SLS doesn’t have any income, obviously, so it’s not getting bought for the same of seagen But we still have very good numbers ahead of us The realistic price of acquisition it’s around $8 to $10B with a price per share of $50 to $70. So if you bought under the current price or you will buy under 25$ you’re still gonna make very good money of it so it’s still a very strong buy for me and I can’t wait For whoever keeps pushing $40 bn it’s either retarded or delusional!
View on StockTwits ↗$INSM $44.5B market cap, as of 11/26/25, is now higher than the $42B enterprise value $PFE paid to acquire $SGEN INSM is up over 200% since publishing TPIP's data in PAH in early June 2025. The attachment compares INSM 10-year analyst consensus revenue estimates per Seeking Alpha as of 11/26/25 (excl. 1 outlier) to the 10-year revenue forecast SGEN provided Pfizer. Put simply, we're considering selling INSM (our best performing stock of the year). We're genuinely curious if INSM investors see meaningful opportunity in INSM's other pipeline manifesting in even higher revenue projections. Excluding gross margin consideration (which one should never do), if revenue forecasts are almost identical, why would INSM be worth more than SGEN? In fact SGEN's forecasts are 10% higher over the 10-year period. SGEN forecast 79% gross margins over the 10-year period This is not investment advice. We're not bashing INSM either. I wish we owned more. $XBI $IBB

View on StockTwits ↗@ClearCities wayne is not selling for less than 20B. $PFE bought $SGEN for 43B that has under 2B in revenues.
View on StockTwits ↗@stock_rat because it shares many similarities with other biotech companies ($SGEN, $CHRS, $ACIU, etc.) that have a breakthrough therapy and have streamlined their task force, making them strong candidates for a buyout or that are in the final stages.
View on StockTwits ↗$VRTX valuation as a multiple of its cumulative 10-year revenue forecast versus the M&A multiples paid to acquired $CELG & $SGEN VRTX's EV is roughly 0.48X 10-year revenues where CELG was acquired for 0.42X & SGEN for 0.62X This is not investment advice but, while both CELG & SGEN were traditional oncology focused bios, we suspect SGEN is the better peer for valuation potential primarily because CELG forecast revenues to, more or less, peak in year 3 post M&A. On the other hand, SGEN forecast much more dramatic growth over the 10 year period. Of course we could be wrong. VRTX is trading near a 6 month low. We'd genuinely appreciate any feedback. $XBI $NBI
View on StockTwits ↗$PFE: Is it a bargain in the pharma world? 🤔 Pfizer's stock is down 2.1% so far this year, yet it trades at a forward P/E of 7.95, well below the industry average of 13.73. Plus, with the $SGEN acquisition, they’re poised for a revenue boost in oncology. View on StockTwits ↗@GuslovesBio They got money from family and friends to buy $SGEN they didn't even count it as an investment they said it was just a gamble. $PFE should never have bought it. Why gamble just learn to trade.
