This exchange-traded fund (ETF) endeavors to mirror the performance of the MSCI EAFE IMI - Emerging Markets IMI 150/50 Return Spread Index, prior to the deduction of its fees and operational costs. Under typical market conditions, the fund allocates at least 80% of its total net assets—including any capital acquired through borrowing for investment purposes—into either the direct securities comprising the Long Component of this index or into other exchange-traded funds (ETFs) that track this Long Component. The underlying index itself is structured to reflect the returns of a hypothetical portfolio that maintains a 150% long exposure to the MSCI EAFE IMI Index (designated as the "Long Component") and simultaneously holds a 50% short exposure to the MSCI Emerging Markets IMI Index (referred to as the "Short Component").
