$LRHC $COMP $RDFN $REAX $RMAX The real estate sector is entering a consolidation cycle. Compass acquired Anywhere. Rocket acquired Redfin. Real Brokerage is acquiring RE/MAX. The winners will be platforms with agents, technology, AI, and scale. $LRHC is a micro-cap playing in the same long-term trend.

$RMAX $REAX Three things wrong in one post: RE/MAX is one of the most recognized real estate brands on the planet, not "not a brand" Real is the fastest growing brokerage in North America, not "slow to the game" Cash component is $60-80M out of $880M, under 10%, not 25% Clean sweep of being wrong. Maybe sit this one out 🤡 180k agents, $2.3B combined revenue, $373M market cap. The math isn't bearish, you just can't do it

$RMAX the structure of the deal with$REAX is not good. $RMAX should call off this deal. All cash deal would be fine but giving REAX shares is not worth the deal.

$RMAX and why would $RMAX shareholders want a dollar stock which after share distribution will most likely fall lower and next will need to do a large reverse split imho this deal stinks

$RMAX hey you get $13.80 headline and then basically in fine print well for 20% of your holdings as i see it - could be wrong

$RMAX $REAX we don’t need a brand / remax - we dont need cloud - rest of quality names got gobbled up and those that were slow to the game decide to merge because maybe their both losing the game? This cries of desperation and principal owner at RMAX getting 25% in cash. Imho

@BrooklynTrader1 I wasn't expecting that to change yet. I was looking for improvement to show that their tech and business model work. If it works in a difficult real estate market, it will work better in an improving real estate market. With $RMAX, $REAX has the scale to make a significant leap in revenue, which will show up as profit soon.
