$RITM With 25% of shares owned by the 3 tutes, $BLK being the largest......and 65% of all shares owned by Tutes...........someone tell me how we have not had a hostile takeover or buyout? This would seem like such an easy steal for $BX . Perhaps the tutes would block a buyout........but they for sure have the votes if they wanted to take us over on the cheap! There is no doubt RITM is easily worth double what it is trading at. Give me $15 a share and they would have my votes!! If no buyout comes.....I will simply wait for C Corp and spin off and own RITM and NewRez IPO shares. Either way we will get to $16-20 again someday by 2028! What is your thoughts??

Truly hope that they finally start using it now and support the share price recovery back to $12. “Rithm Capital’s Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, filed May 4, 2026, discloses a common-stock repurchase authorization of up to $200 million through December 31, 2026. S&P Capital IQ/MarketScreener’s tranche update based on that filing reports that from March 1 to March 31, 2026, Rithm repurchased 0 shares, representing $0 million, leaving the program unused as of that update.”

I refuse to sell my shares down here when I know sooner or later we will get spin off shares.......but only Lord knows when that may be. 11% to wait though.........that isnt such a bad thing, especially when you own 1,000's of free shares!! Truth be known, they have probably paid me twice what these shares currently trade at......when you go back to 2014-2015 time frame and add in all the dividends.

I called this price target on June 15 and said we would make 10%+ by July 3. Let's see if it plays out for us. $RITM is next, grossly oversold and undervalued!
