We are pleased to announce that our U.S. subsidiary, ReGenTree, has concluded patient enrollment for the global Phase 3 clinical trial (SEER-2) of RGN-259, a treatment for neurotrophic keratopathy (NK).
After a comprehensive review of the current enrollment status and clinical trial conditions, we determined that the patients enrolled as of July were sufficient to meet the protocol requirements for deriving clinical results; therefore, we decided to finalize enrollment without recruiting additional patients.
Following the conclusion of enrollment, the study will proceed with dosing and follow-up observations in accordance with the protocol.

$RGRX HLB Thera - Current downtrend obviosly extended. What I do like is the black w4 (triangle) is properly located. Double positive divergence on RSI 5. Needs to turn pronto or the RGRX ship is probably sunk. JMO. GLTA.

Jin bought quite a bit of shares lately and in the last year.

$RGRX HLB Thera 2965 breached so the only way we don't head further down is a leading diagonal which are uncommon but possible. A cluster of corrective waves since October. This is my best guess - a move down to finally finish off the bear. Since black 4 was an irregular wave all the count needs is a close below 2638. Probably make a new low but doesn't have to. Tricky chart.
$RGRX Two things need to happen for HLB Thera's chart to stay impulsive. 1) Needs to head up now. 3090 was Friday close and overlap of blue 1 - 3070 close) -would likely turn the chart bearish. Absolute line in the sand is a close below 2965. 2) needs to eclipse April high close of 3980 before end of May. So bottom line - Needs to move up now and move up strong.
