RB Global has evolved into a leading global marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of commercial assets and vehicles. It is the result of the 2023 combination of Ritchie Bros. and IAA. Ritchie Bros.' roots were as an auctioneer facilitating transactions of commercial, construction, and transportation equipment (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts, and commercial trucks and trailers). However, it has evolved into an omnichannel marketplace. IAA has similar roots, though primarily focused on the salvage auction segment for consumer automobiles. The group provides ancillary services including title processing, transportation/towing, financing, data and appraisal, and so on. Its activities are international, though skewing approximately two-thirds to North America.

$RBA I love this stock at these levels. This stock has strong fundamentals and it is now at a very compelling valuation (NFA).
View on StockTwits ↗$RBA $RBA.NSE market is a strange place. Old promoters were desperate to get out, new promoters were looking for a good bargain. Finally deal happened. Company was already growing at decent pace but this quarter was a bit special. Indian burger king grew by 24% in an almost challenging economic environment. Now everyone wants a piece of the burger pie. Motilal Oswal has a target price of 125 but I believe one more good quarter and 25% type revenue growth, we might hit Rs 150-200 once again. Motilal Oswal mutual funds has a huge stake in it. It was also a book runner for the promoter share exchange deal. Let us see where they take this company from here.

View on StockTwits ↗$RBA created new 52 weeks low. What is the bottom? It is really bad , no any news . Was the last quarter reporting too bad to cause it from $115 to $87 in a few days? This is a huge drop for the company
