and both IPRs were successful. It is inconceivable that Parker would take further action, which would ultimately require the CAFC to rule on the matter
Maybe it's insignificant, Qualcomm?
all in all, things aren't looking very promising for Parker right now, since taking further steps would, of course, require financial resources

$PRKR The pumpers since the appeals court presentation have gone into hiding and cannot be found. I was attacked when i posted i got out of the stock immediately after listening to the failed hearing. My opinion of the hearing was ridiculed. I exited the stock around 22 cents and it subsequently has tanked to 13 cents in a matter of days. This company has nothing left and is done.
$PRKR Fellas, what is the difference between a Captain and a Seaman? Anybody? I am a captain. Has been and will always be. When I take a risk, I make sure it is a calculated risk, thought through and through. When I face uncertainty, I face it head-on. Not behind some mask. There you have it. That's me, Saladin. In my opinion, PRKR has a better chance. Why? The emails, patents, and Qualcomm using PRKR patents in their products, to name a few reasons. Otherwise, I wouldn't be here.
