$PKTX Copy-pasting a post on the Investorshub PKTX board -
"Wait dang, I just noticed that $PKTX is now trading on the Expert Market. That sucks. Anyone here know exactly when was it that we were kicked off of the pink sheets/main OTC Markets and why? I can see that the status says "Delinquent SEC Reporting", but I'm surprised that there wasn't anything published regarding this. I'm pretty sure most brokerages don't allow purchases of shares in the Expert Market (the 2 brokerages I use certainly don't), so this sucks."
$PKTX Clarence E. Smith (the President and CEO of the company for the past decade) passed away last week in a tragic accident.

$PKTX so doing further research into filings and asking ChatGPT the likelihood of things it seems that sharing increase may have been more of a keep the lights on for a little while longer type thing versus a deal or acquisition scenario . Anyway it was an interesting turn of events as no one ever hears anything about the company. CEO was buying regularly for years hadn't bought now for over a year. at this point I don't think there are any trials or any business that is going on of any kind.
