$PIK Got caught in the 12/23 pump and dump. Didn't see anything from multiple news services about potential delisting and thought I could hold out and average down. Down 97% and starting to accept it'll eventually be worth $0. I'll blame my lack of DD, but NASDAQ and S.E.C. should do something so investors are better informed of shady companies like this.
$NMHI It’s tricky!! When your Nasdaq listing goes away and move to OTC, you find it very very hard to attract the investors not just in financing, but trading/liquidity! Look at the recent example, where $PIKM $PIK initially mentioned that they will appeal against the Nasdaq suspension.. but then after few days, they dropped the planned merger as well as decided not to appeal on the Nasdaq suspension!
With $NMHI too, it’s a risky bet! Their liabilities are more than assets! Having said that if they manage to get that financing deal, they would surely be reinstated on Nasdaq.. stock might be 3x to 4x from current price!! if not, I doubt they appeal against suspension, may remain in otc!
