$PGRE man we all got absolutely ripped off. Years of waiting just to be cheated in the worst way
View on StockTwits ↗$PGRE no longer listed ! What a shame that the gave away this company
View on StockTwits ↗$RITM $PGRE is now closed. We officially own it as of today!
View on StockTwits ↗$RITM We should get closing on $PGRE completed tomorrow I think, may be next week, but I think tomorrow. I still think $RPT is in play. I still think it will end up getting bought out by RITM. Sometime in 2026 it will get bought. RPT will be an easy 35-40% winner in 2026!! I am tempted to add bigly in RPT and just wait. I mean, it pays dividend while waiting....
View on StockTwits ↗$RITM It's official! RITM just bought $7-8 Billion of buildings from $PGRE for $1.1 Billion. Voters approved.

View on StockTwits ↗$RITM Tomorrow is a pretty big day for shareholders here. I don't expect no surprises.....pretty sure $PGRE have the votes to approve this deal. I would say by this time tomorrow, we will officially be owners of PGRE. In a perfect world by Friday RITM announces closing of PGRE, .30 dividend and plans on spinning off NewRez.........and the stock goes to $16! But in reality....we will get .25 dividend, PGRE deal will be closed and the NewRez spin-off will wait until next year. It would be nice if RITM had to pay us a 1 time special dividend though, I feel like we been getting the short end of the dividend stick. They are either a REIT or they are not, time they shit or get off the pot!
View on StockTwits ↗@ValueInvestor007 I don't know.....I don't really think it would be worth their time to go that route. They already have over 10% of the shares I think. I mean, you probably only talking $110-120M to just buy them out, if that is what they want. But I could be wrong. I think $RPT will be included in the deal for $PGRE on Tuesday, if it gets approved....if that deal falls thru I could see RITM just tendering to buy shareholders out. But hell, I am just guessing really. I have long thought $RITM ends up owning $RPT in order to spin off NewRez, but again....many people smarter than me disagree with that.
View on StockTwits ↗$RITM Hey folks.......did $PGRE get a competing bid against RITM this morning? I am seeing Group A raised bid to 6.95 on 12-8-2025. This RITM deal is suppose to close next week. Who knows??

View on StockTwits ↗@MoStock3 @Frontlineinv Mo, I hope you did ok on $PGRE stock. I don't like seeing anyone lose money. I hope you guys are right about $RITM, and this being a great investment for us buying PGRE. I think we got a great deal and a steep discount. I am sure $RPT will be a part of this, and personally I still think RITM ends up buying all of RPT and use it as our REIT spin off. I am not giving up on RITM. I am convinced NewRez alone is worth damn near what our entire company is trading at. This should be $16+!! Just have to let it all shake out. Best to you guys.
View on StockTwits ↗$RITM If we spin off NewRez, then those of us who want the REIT can keep it thru spin off shares.......and those who want to try to get growth can keep RITM shares. Or some of us would probably chose to keep both. The way it is now, like @ProfitConfucius has said....if RITM goes C Corp to not be a REIT, NewRez, which is the REIT will be drug down with the ship because all them tute holders are here for the didvidend, you take the dividend away and you lose them shareholders. Logical answer is spin off NewRez, maybe by acquiring all of $RPT....AND spin NewRez/Caliber into $RPT . Give us shareholders New Rez, which RITM would still control and shares worth $8-$10 a share and keep our tutes......and then RITM can prove itself as an asset manager without punishing us all. We fkn own NewRez, Sculptor, $PGRE, Crestline and Genesis and all the rest. Separate us, and let us make the choice which we want to own!! I personally would own them both.
View on StockTwits ↗$RITM Something we need to fix.....NewRez trades at 1 x adjusted book value, around $4.4 billion or about $8 of our share price is NewRez. Mr. Cooper $COOP sold to $RKT for 2 x adj. book value. NewRez is the same as COOP, so common sense says if NewRez were liquidated there is no reason it should not be worth 2 x adj. book value. So common sense tells us NewRez alone is worth $16 a share. Some how, RITM has to find a way to get the proper value out of NewRez/Caliber. It's like RITM has forgotten they own Caliber Home Loans. I mean, wtf did we buy Caliber if we are not gonna make money on that name? I think they need to stop fkn around and spin off NewRez/Caliber at a value of about $8 Billion. Give it to shareholders and then let RITM go for it as a C Corp and manager of the REIT they spun off. As long as NewRez is the gold goose that is supporting Crestline, Sculptor, $PGRE, Genesis NewRez is never going to get proper value. Spin that fker off!! Then let RITM fight to grow.
View on StockTwits ↗$RITM Crestline acquisition is complete. We now own it. Next up $PGRE . Should close that around the 16th of this month. That is the big fish!
