View on StockTwits ↗@Night_Owl_Biotech Amazing stuff, appreciate. Look at the destruction in $PBYI market cap with Alan as the largest shareholder. Can’t believe that he did not take offers along the way. Sheer foolishness. What is he waiting for? Only made himself and shareholders poor. The stock trades at a shadow of the price in the 2014-2015 time range. Look at the number of law suits the company has been involved with. At what price he will sell? Nobody knows. Absolute disaster. Let us see at what price it will sell. Should be at higher prices than the current price.

View on StockTwits ↗Attached is a history of what happened to the share prices of all 62 new commercial-stage oncology focused bios since 1/1/13. 18 of the 62 were acquired @ meaningful gains. 16 of the 18 (~90%) acquired at gains were acquired within 2 years of FDA approval. Even 1 of the 2 outliers (TSRO) was acquired within 2 years of its flagship's product approval, so we believe it is not truly an outlier. TSRO's 1st product was for nausea & never its priority. 9 of the 62 were sold @ losses for shareholders (versus its share price 2 days post FDA approval). 3 went bankrupt or were delisted. Last trades were for pennies a share. 32 are still independent. Only 7 pf these 32 still independent trade higher today than @ approval. Double check our work for yourself. The evidence is overwhelming shareholder value of the bios in this peer group is maximized via M&A exit within 2 years of FDA approval. We're furious $SNDX has not accepted INCY's latest offer Others than should have sold? $KPTI $LEGN $CHRS ? $PBYI
